Ο πρώτος των συμβαλλομένων, Γεώργιος Κυρίτσητου Νικολάου, επί πλέον δεσμεύεται ότι θα στελεχώσει με το υπ’ αριθμ. 24884 ΜΕΚ του την εργοληπτική επιχείρηση για τα έργα πολιτικού μηχανικού και θα αναζητήσει στέλεχος για την κάλυψη λοιπών ειδικοτήτων που δεν καλύπτονται από τον ίδιο.\r\n2. Η ανέγερση πάσης φύσεως κτιρίων σε ίδια ή ξένα οικόπεδα για ίδιο ή για λογαριασμό τρίτων με αντιπαροχή ή καθ’ οιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο, η πώληση και η εκμετάλλευση αυτών. \r\n3.
