και σε φορείς υλοποίησης έργων, υπηρεσιών και προγραμμάτων του Δημόσιου και του Ιδιωτικού Τομέα με έμφαση στη βιομηχανία αμυντικού υλικού.\r\n3.\tΗ υποστήριξη των φορέων αυτών στη διαδικασία σύλληψης, οργάνωσης, ένταξης, ωρίμανσης και υλοποίησης των ανωτέρω έργων, υπηρεσιών ή προγραμμάτων.\r\n4.\tΗ διοικητική, τεχνική και οικονομική παρακολούθηση των ως άνω έργων, προγραμμάτων ή υπηρεσιών, καθώς και η έρευνα και μελέτη για την υπαγωγή τους στο καθεστώς που ισχύει για τη χρηματοδότηση τους από διάφορες χρηματοδοτικές πηγές δημόσιες ή ιδιωτικές, εθνικές, κοινοτικές ή διεθνείς.\r\n5.\tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών συμβούλου δημοσιότητας, προβολής, διαφήμισης και επικοινωνίας, καθώς και η παροχή υπηρεσιών συμβούλου διαχείρισης κρίσεων (CRISIS Management).\r\n6.\tΗ διενέργεια ερευνών αγοράς, η σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση υλοποίησης Στρατηγικών και Επιχειρησιακών Σχεδίων (Business Plan) καθώς και η σύνταξη τεχνικοοικονομικών μελετών για την υπαγωγή επενδύσεων σε χρηματοδοτούμενα προγράμματα.\r\n7.\tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης στη συμμετοχή και διαχείριση διαγωνισμών έργων, προμηθειών και υπηρεσιών του Δημόσιου ή Ιδιωτικού Τομέα καθώς και η παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση δημοσίων συμβάσεων.\r\n8.\tΗ παροχή ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών δημοσίων σχέσεων καθώς και υπηρεσιών ενεργητικού μάρκετινγκ.\r\n9.\tΗ εμπορική αντιπροσώπευση εταιριών του εσωτερικού και του εξωτερικού.\r\n10.\tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών Συμβούλου Επιχειρηματικής Ανάπτυξης (Business Development) σε\r\nεταιρίες του εσωτερικού και του εξωτερικού, ειδικότερα σε θέματα στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης,\r\nνέων επιχειρηματικών δραστηριοτήτων, προσέγγισης και διείσδυσες νέων αγορών/φορέων της\r\nημεδαπής ή/και. αλλοδαπής, ανάπτυξης νέων προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών, βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών marketing, παραγωγής και διοίκησης.\r\nΓια την επίτευξη του σκοπού της η Εταιρία μπορεί:\r\nα) Να ιδρύει ή να συμμετέχει σε οποιαδήποτε επιχείρηση οποιουδήποτε εταιρικού τύπου με όμοιο ή παρεμφερή ή επ' ωφελεία των δραστηριοτήτων της σκοπό, να συμπράττει με επιχειρήσεις, ερευνητικά και εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα, Φορείς της Δημόσιας ή/και της Ιδιωτικής Οικονομίας για την διεξαγωγή και υλοποίηση ερευνητικών προγραμμάτων με στόχους συναφείς προς τους σκοπούς της,\r\nβ) Να συμπράττει, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της εξαγοράς, με εταιρείες εφόσον η σύμπραξη αποβαίνει επ' ωφελεία του σκοπού και των
