Επίσης, η εισαγωγή πρώτων υλών ή ημιέτοιμων προϊόντων ή ανταλλακτικών και εξαρτημάτων για βιομηχανική επεξεργασία, συναρμολόγηση, κατασκευή κλπ. στις εγκαταστάσεις της Εταιρείας.\r\nβ. \tΗ διαχείριση και εκμετάλλευση υποδομών φόρτισης με σκοπό την παροχή υπηρεσιών φόρτισης ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων, η εμπορία συσκευών φόρτισης ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων και λοιπού σχετικού εξοπλισμού, η διαμεσολάβηση στη σύναψη συμβάσεων προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας μεταξύ παρόχων ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και τρίτων και η παροχή οποιασδήποτε σχετικής με τα ανωτέρω υπηρεσίας.\r\nγ. \tΗ αντιπροσώπευση στην Ελλάδα οίκων του εξωτερικού ασχολούμενων με τα ανωτέρω προϊόντα, η συνεργασία με όμοιες ή παρεμφερείς ελληνικές ή αλλοδαπές επιχειρήσεις, η ίδρυση ή συμμετοχή καθ' οιονδήποτε τρόπο σε άλλες επιχειρήσεις ή εταιρείες, οιουδήποτε εταιρικού τύπου, υφιστάμενες ή που θα συσταθούν στο μέλλον, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της ιδρύσεως με αυτές άλλων εταιρειών που επιδιώκουν τους ίδιους ή παρεμφερείς σκοπούς και η συνεργασία με αυτές. \r\nδ. \tΗ εξαγωγή των ανωτέρω προϊόντων, ιδίως αυτών που έχουν τύχει επεξεργασίας ή έχουν κατασκευασθεί στην Ελλάδα.\r\nε. \tΗ βραχυχρόνια ή μακροχρόνια εκμίσθωση καινούργιων ή μεταχειρισμένων αυτοκινήτων, δικύκλων (μοτοσικλετών, ποδηλάτων κλπ.) ή άλλων οχημάτων παντός τύπου προς τρίτους και η εκμετάλλευση αυτών με οποιοδήποτε τρόπο.\r\nστ. \tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών ασφαλιστικής διαμεσολάβησης, για λογαριασμό ασφαλιστικών επιχειρήσεων, σύμφωνα με τις κείμενες διατάξεις.\r\nζ. \tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης στόλου οχημάτων για λογαριασμό της Εταιρείας ή τρίτων.\r\nη. \tΗ παροχή υπηρεσιών επιμελητείας, παραλαβής, αποθήκευσης, συλλογής, προετοιμασίας, φόρτωσης, μεταφοράς και διανομής προϊόντων για λογαριασμό τρίτων (third party logistics) και συναφών υπηρεσιών, μέσω ιδίων μεταφορικών μέσων ή μεταφορικών μέσων τρίτων.\r\nθ. \tΗ καθ' οιονδήποτε τρόπο εκμετάλλευση τουριστικών σκαφών και ακινήτων.\r\nι. \tΗ εισαγωγή και εμπορία επίπλων, οικιακού εξοπλισμού και διακοσμητικών ειδών.\r\nκ. \tΚάθε άλλη συναφής προς τους ανωτέρω σκοπούς εργασία, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της σύναψης κάθε είδους συμβάσεων ή συνεργασιών με ημεδαπά ή αλλοδαπά φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπά, ανεξάρτητα από τη νομική μορφή τους.\r\n","objective_i18n":null,"address_latitude":"38.0163057","address_longitude":"23.7241058","files":[],"photos":[],"titles":["KOSMOCAR A.E.","KOSMOCAR S.A."],"yp_articles":[],"corporate_status_id":"18","corporate_status_descr":"S.A.
